I'd given up, honestly. Two cortisone shots last year and the relief barely lasted a month each time. They told me it was bone-on-bone and to wait for a replacement. Started this expecting nothing. The first night the deep ache settled enough that I actually slept, and by the third week I was sleeping on my right side again, which I hadn't done since Christmas. I keep waiting for it to stop working but it hasn't.

On my second unit now. Does exactly what it says, no nonsense.

Took a good two weeks before I really noticed, so don't expect overnight. But it crept up on me. One morning I reached up for a plate in the top cabinet without that little flinch I'd gotten used to. Knocking off a star only because I wish it had been faster, but I'm not stopping.
