Terrified to go to sleep. Not anymore.
Not gonna lie, I ordered this half expecting to return it. POTS since covid, heart pounding out of my chest an hour after I fell asleep, every single night. I was terrified to go to sleep. First night with this I slept straight thru. Week 3 and still no 3am attacks. Waiting for the catch.
I got my life back. Not kidding.
Salt tabs, LMNT, 3L of water, compression socks up to my thighs, propranolol. “I have not been seeing any improvements” is literally what I told my cardiologist. This goes on your neck, 15 min at night, that's it. Week 4 I stood in line at Target without looking for somewhere to sit. My husband cried, y'all.
I cook dinner standing up again
POTS since my second baby. Coat hanger pain every afternoon, ice pack on my neck, sitting on the kitchen floor halfway through dinner. I figured it was another gadget. I put it on after the kids go down. A month in I cooked dinner standing up, start to finish.
The coat hanger pain finally backed off
Coat hanger pain, traps, neck, behind my ears, plus dizzy days where I didn't trust myself driving. The meds just made me tired. A month in the ache is gone most afternoons and I feel steady on my feet again.
They told me it was anxiety. It wasn't.
Doctors told me it was anxiety for 6 years. I'm 31 and existing made my heart rate go up. My dad bought this for me and I rolled my eyes. Five weeks in I'm sleeping through the night and I walked the whole farmers market with him Saturday.
Salt helped for a few hours. This holds.
Every salt tab and liter of water helped for a few hours, then the brain fog and the 2pm crash came right back. This is different: 15 minutes on the couch at night, and by week two I wasn't napping every afternoon. My brain feels like mine again.
Showers don't feel like a marathon anymore
Showering felt like a marathon and stairs felt like climbing Everest. Shower chair, the whole thing. Six weeks with this and I showered standing up and washed my hair without sitting down halfway. I don't plan my day around a chair anymore.
Common questions we hear from customers
My heart races when I stand and I wake up at 3 AM. Is this for me?
You're exactly who we hear from most. The heart that takes off when you get off the couch, the room going grey, the adrenaline dump at 2 or 3 AM, the coat-hanger ache every afternoon, the shower taken sitting down. They all come from one body stuck on the gas. The RedLight Pro works on the lock at the base of your skull that keeps it there, 15 minutes every evening, sitting or lying down.
I already do salt, fluids, compression and meds. Do I stop any of it?
No. Keep everything your doctor prescribed: salt, fluids, compression, propranolol, midodrine, fludrocortisone, ivabradine. Those work on the tank and the pump. This works on the lock, the one thing none of them reach. There's nothing to swallow, so it never touches your meds or your routine. If you take a light-sensitizing medication or aren't sure, check with your doctor first.
Heat makes my POTS worse. Is the warmth safe for me?
That's a fair worry. A hot shower heats your whole body while you stand, and that's what flares you. This warms a small patch at the back of your neck while you sit or lie down, for 15 minutes. If heat or deep massage has flared you before, use it lying down for the first few evenings and see how your body answers.
My problem is my heart. Why does it go on my neck?
Because your heart isn't broken. Your body's brake is stuck. The main cable for the brake, the vagus nerve, leaves the skull right at its base, and that's where the coat-hanger lock forms. When researchers reached that brake from outside the body, the jump in heart rate when women with POTS stood up was cut by almost half. The neck is where the brake can still be reached.
I have hEDS or hypermobility. Can I use it?
Many people with POTS also have hEDS, and many of them use it. The band wraps softly around the back of your neck and you decide how snug it sits. Start lying down for the first few evenings. If a doctor has told you your neck is unstable, or you're pregnant, ask them before using it.
I've already tried red light. Why would this be different?
Most red light is a panel across the room or a gym bed: one kind of light, from a distance, with no warmth and no massage, and never on the base of the skull. That's the version that let you down. The lock holds against any one of them on its own. The RedLight Pro does all three at once, right on the lock, every evening.
When will I notice a difference?
Most customers feel the ache across their shoulders let go during the very first session, and sleep straight through that night, no 3 AM. In weeks three to four, they stand up from the couch and the room stays the room. By week six, many are showering standing up again. Use it every evening, even on the good days. You have 90 days to see it for yourself.
I've tried everything. What if it doesn't work for me?
Then it costs you nothing. You're covered by our 90-Day Keep-It Promise. Use it every evening for 3 full months. If you don't feel a real difference in your sleep, the ache and how you feel when you stand, one email and we refund 100% of your money within 48 hours, no questions asked, and you don't even have to ship the device back: keep it.
Compare it with everything you’ve already tried
Let's compare the Revive Triple RedLight Pro with what you've probably already tried: salt tabs and LMNT, 3 liters of water, compression up to the waist, beta-blockers, midodrine, the shower chair. They all worked on the tank. None of them ever reached the lock.
RedLight Pro
Diagnosed with POTS after years of "it's just anxiety." I've been burned by every "miracle" thing there is, so I bought this to prove it wrong. Night 1 I didn't wake up at 2am with my heart pounding out of my chest. 3 weeks now. My Apple Watch has stopped yelling at me every time I stand up.
Tilt table test, two cardiologists, and the advice was "drink more water." Felt like my body and brain were broken. Put this on my neck like the article said. Week 3 I stood through my daughter's whole soccer game without sitting on the cooler. It was never in my head.
My husband bought it for my POTS and I rolled my eyes, I was done trying things. Summer used to feel like a personal attack. Week 4 I spent the whole 4th of July outside with him. I got my summers back. Then I caught him using it on his own neck. We fight over it now.
One button and no app? Figured it was a toy. Long covid POTS since 2022, coat hanger pain every afternoon and adrenaline dumps at night. Two weeks in the coat hanger pain let go and the night stuff stopped, which has never happened once. Heat, light and massage at the same time is the trick. Not a toy.
